Unit One

Think of the last time you were overly stressed and extremely anxious. Your heart was beating fast, your thoughts were racing about the problem and in fact it was all you could think of. By combating stress with gratitude, you can overcome it. Gratitude can benefit you by building better relationships, impacting your community and increasing your income. Expression of gratitude was studied and proven to have the following effects on the body:
